Or.... or! After 5 weeks and 1 day I finally got a replacement for the macbook a co-worker killed with coffee. It took the Apple service center over 4 weeks to declare the machine totalled (completely unacceptable) and then 5 days for the insurance company to take care of business. Of course the store didn't have the model I needed in stock - and they couldn't tell me when they would get it - so I bit the bullet and paid the difference to get the next model up.
